Andrew R. Cardonick focuses his practice primarily on representing lenders such as commercial banks, savings institutions, business credit institutions, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, as well as equity owners, in large and mid-sized bankruptcy cases, restructurings, workouts and liquidations throughout the country. He has also documented loan transactions and distressed debt transactions for large and mid-sized clients.
